Plugin install error

I installed the Exalate plugin on our Prod Salesforce environment and have this issue -

Note, we do have the exalate plugin operational on the Dev SFDC site.

The error message when opening the Exalate Console in Salesforce is a broken page with the following text in the middle of the screen -
"
docs.idalko.com redirected you too many times.
"
