Hello,
we are blocked with a problem in our Salesforce connection with Exalate Classic.
We can create a case from Salesforce to Jira but the incoming data does not update the case information. Moreover, in the Exalate panel in Salesforce we see the message “Forbidden” and click on the buttons but nothing happens.
We have already checked, Trusted URLS, permissions, users, field names, but nothing works.
We don’t have any errors in the Exalate panel:
Anyone has got this problem before? Do you know how to fix it?
