Hi. We launched an Exalate integration between Salesforce and ServiceNow the 16th of January. We are on the free plan. Now, after 30 some days of use, it seems like critical features have been disabled.
Most importantly, the Exalate component for manually syncing data no longer works. Instead of showing the usual buttons and links, it fails with an error saying ‘The Apex Class InstallationController is part of the AppExchange Package Exalate Bridge App v2, and requires a license to use’. That means end user can no longer use the out-of-the-box component for manually syncing data, and clicking the link for opening the record in the external system (ServiceNow).
On top of this, the Exalate Console can no longer be opened within Salesforce, as part of the Exalate App. Even with Exalate Admin permissions, the App is no longer accessible. That means we cannot inspect any details from the console, blocking our debugging.
In our sandbox, we could still leverage these features after the 30-day standard-plan trial ended. Does this work differently between sandbox nodes and production nodes?
Please let us know if anyone has had similar experience, or know if / how we are able to utilize these features while running the free plan of Exalate.
