Exalate plugin page not loading

After trying to configure a Jira Cloud to Jira Cloud Visual connection, one of the instances is now not loading the Exalate plugin pages at all (shows a flash message saying the team has been notified)

In the devtools > network I see a call to https://connect.exalate.net/syncqueue

that is failing with a 502 response.

Any help?

This seems to have solved itself overnight, so I will post the error I’m getting now as another question
