We have a very simple trigger in github:

We are just now configuring our sync so it hasn’t been up for long, but it seems like sometimes the trigger isn’t fired and I’m not sure why. Currently, creating a github issue with an initial descriptions seem to not sync.
There are no errors on the Jira or Github connections, doing a bulk exalate picks up the unsync’d issues just fine, and I can’t think of anything related to the description field that would cause this issue (it syncs fine once the issues are under sync).
So I guess I’m specifically asking if anyone has encountered this error, but also generally is there any debugging on the github side that I can look at to check when triggers fire?
