Snownode very slow to sync RITM

Has anyone experienced slow syncs between Snownode (SN) to Jira for syncs of RITM (RequestItem table)?

I enabled trace on the wire and I can see snownode hammering SN for data so it is doing something however I have 207 RITMs to sync and after 24 hours I have 24 done.

I feel like something is wrong here and do not really want to wait 207 hours for the test sync to occur so I can make changes and test how it goes. Being a large org we will be getting hundreds of these and not all but most will need to be synced across.

I have contacted support but still pending.

David Martin found the root cause

The reason of the slowdown was that ExSN (Exalate for ServiceNow) was instructed to check the values of all the variables (even when not set)
