Salesforce and Jira custom Exalate component

Hi! I want to know if it’s possible to create a custom Exalate component either Salesforce and Jira. I mean, I want to create my own component with Exalate or Unexalate button which show if you have administrative permission. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance to help!

Hi @Alexis

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Exalate community!

If I understand your request correctly, you’re looking to add a custom component in the Exalate sync panel that would indicate whether a user has administrative permissions.

Unfortunately, this specific functionality isn’t currently supported in Exalate. However, as an alternative, you can configure Sync Panel Viewing Permissions to restrict access for users that don’t have administrative permissions. This allows you to control who can view or interact with the sync panel based on their permissions.

Hi @Javier, thanks for your reply.

Yes, I’m actually using permissions for Sync Panel, but I need to improve the user experience. For example, the Exalate button could be disabled until synchronisation is complete.

I understand that it’s not possible to customise Sync Panel View. Hovewer, do you know if exists any API to build from scratch?

Thanks in advance for help!
