In ZD, when a ticket is created by sending an email, if an image is put into the email’s body directly, it doesnt appear in the local replica when syncing from ZD. however, if the image is attached to the email, then its appearing in the ZD’s local replica.
i need the image to be included in the replica whether it came via an email’s body or an email attachment.
