Difficulties with embedded images

Hi!

I have a connection made between Zendesk and Jira and when synchronizing comments in which there is an embedded images, as I have it now it is complicated to know in each comment the attached image to which it refers as they coincide with the same name.

Is there a possibility that instead of including the link, I can embed the image in Jira in the comment as it is in Zendesk? If this is not possible, what other options do I have to make the sending of embedded images from Zendesk to Jira clearer?

Hi

In Jira an image as an attachment is handled as an attachment an not showing an image in the issue but an icon. There are a number of applications that can handle attachment in different ways but I’m not sure if any of them can embed an image of them as you requested. This is not an Exalate issue but the way Jira handle attachments.
