What does "Waiting for remote" mean

I have seen on the sync panel the “Waiting for remote” label. What does it mean exactly? What should I do if the status stays there and doesn’t move.

Excellent question Juan.

Waiting for remote means that the synchronisation is still in progress but now this side is waiting for the other side to process the sync. Normally, if you see this state for a long time, it means there an problem on the other side, this is what you can do:

  • Check on the other instance, if there is any exalate error. Exalate errors might be blocking the sync, normally the error should be clear enough for the user to understand how to fix it (usually by changing something in the incoming script). If the error is not clear enough, please create a question in this community
  • If there no errors on the other instance. Contact support.

You should contact someone with admin access on the other side.
