Status not syncing

Hello,

I am trying out Exalate to attempt to make it a part of our company workflow. So far, it seems to be working fine with regard to syncing comments and issues, however all issues remain in the backlog no matter what the status. How can we make the status sync?

I have already sent the support file to support@exalate.com
