Issues are not syncing to local destination desk

I was testing a connection a few weeks ago and it was working very well and config was very easy using the UI.

However, when I returned to it today my issues from the local source desk are not syncing to my local destination desk. When I try to look at the status on the ticket, it is stuck on “in progress”

When I try to manually sync the issue through the connector, it appears to be stuck on “sending,” and failing to get to the next step “waiting for remote”

I cannot find any errors or documentation on why this would be happening. Any help would be greatlt appreciated.
