Tickets raised automatically as a result of alerts triggering in Supplier A JSD, can we have a rule that would automatically create a new ticket in our Jira?

Yes - that is possible.
Check the information about triggers which are like filters (JQL) defining when issues need to be sent over.
Note that the supplier can define what information is sent when - this is the autonomy principle
