Hi All,
My goal is to generate Jira tickets based on Exalate errors we receive from different connections. I have set up mail handler on Jira side which convert incoming notifications from Exalate app and generate ticket in Jira so our support team can react properly and we can track what has been fixed, escalated, or needs to be done.
My question is if there is a way to generate Jira ticket from Jira alerts that we see as pop up message on top right corner when we receive new exalate error?
