Exalate update set installed in ServiceNow remains same after Upgrading to new version?

We have installed Exalate in one of the ServiceNow sub-prod instances via the update set, now we want to upgrade ServiceNow from Rome to Tokyo, so can we proceed with the Upgrade with Exalate installed?

Does it impact the Exalate connection? Please provide some information.

A file named ‘attachment_58495523_medium’ was present in the original content but couldn’t be uploaded due to unsupported file type.

Hi Lal Valecha

The Exalate plugin is compatible with SNOW Tokyo and you can proceed with the SNOW upgrade, this will not impact the connections. For more information you can check this doc:
