Recreate connection

Can you give me the best practice solution how to recreate exalate connection between on-premise and cloud version?
We need to upgrade JIRA (server version) to new server and we need to stop synchro on old server and recreate it in new one.
2. node is JIRA cloud version.
Thank you

Hi Peter Urbansky,

I think this article should help you https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Transferring+Exalate+Configurations+from+Jira+Server+to+Jira+Cloud+or+Jira+Data+Center

Hey Peter Urbansky ,

No worries!

It’s possible to preserve existing connections, however for that you need to reach out ti our support team: https://support.idalko.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/8
They will provide the necessary SQL queries, which will help you to do that.

Hi Mariia,

thanks for recomend. Sorry for my long response.

What about connection. I need install on-premise Jira on new server (new windows version) , DB will be the same, connection will be restored or I would have to make new invitation?

Thanks
