the record is stuck in sync queue on jira,no error is displayed.
I did clean up and re-initiated still the same problem

Hey, SANDEEP ADE, it seems, the issue was caused by duplicate twin trace problem we’d seen in the older version of Exalate you’re using. We’re communicating in https://support.idalko.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/8/EASE-8807 about this.
