Hi all,
Our situation is that we have a Zendesk instance for our customer support and Jira cloud service desk for out internal agents. Our Zendesk agents have only customer based access to the service desk portal.
We managed to implement a connection between Zendesk and Service desk. The problem is that when we create a ticket in Jira the panel on the right shows the agnet based link (jira-baseUrl/browser/<Ticket Number>)
and we get redirected to the home page of customer portal (jira-baseUrl/servicedesk/customer/portals)
Is there a way to get a customer based link to the Service desk issue? (/servicedesk/customer/portal/10/{issuekey})
