Hi Nicketa,
Sure this is very possible!
You can set up triggers from one end of the connection to ensure that tickets from that end are automatically sent over to the remote side. By the same token, you should not create any triggers on the remote side so that no issues are replicated from that side.
Once the ticket is Exalated from one end (either via trigger or manually), both tickets are aware of each other and will continue to sync bidirectionally until you break the link between the two.
