Force synchronization of all the tickets after updating the synch rules

Hi,

I’ve realized that all the comments on one side (Cloud) haven’t been cloned on the other side (Server).

Now I’ve updated the synch rules and I need to trigger ticket synchronization for all the project.

How shall I do?

Here’s the guide:

  1. make sure to change something in the outgoing sync too (so that replica variable is different once it runs)
  2. create a trigger (can be created as disabled) that matches all the issues under sync
  3. use Bulk Exalate operation on that trigger
