Incoming sync: ask Exalate to sync as first step Portfolio parent issue if an issue has one

Hi, I have a question:
we are using a Script sync connection and we have the following Portfolio “Parent link” hierarchy:

  • Request
  • T-Shirt Estimate

We would like to sync those 2 issue types

  • FROM Jira Data Center
  • TO Jira Cloud

Is it possible to manage cases when Exalate tries to sync a “T-Shirt Estimate” which is son of a Request not synced yet?

(I’ve found the syncHelper documentation, but I haven’t found a method to trigger a remote sync by using a remote key)
