Dear Support Team,
I have some questions.
- Is it possible to sync bulk actions between projects using exalate. Just example: I’m resolving 10 “exalated” issues on the one Jira project, 10 related issues automatically resolve on the another one.
- Is there any way to change the name of an “actioner“ who posts email notifications. Please see attachment.

Based on question #2, it is possible via advanced scripting (using httpClient and user impersonation), could please elaborate more on the use case?

We are working on creating a script to resolve this permanently. Meanwhile, as a work-around until the solution is here, may you synchronize the change history from remote into a text custom field?
