Hi Rakesh,
You can sync the Story points easily between Jira and Azure DevOps. It seems from your code that you are using a visual connection. So, please follow the following documentation to sync the Story Points bi-directionally: https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/How+to+sync+story+points+in+a+Visual+connection+between+Jira+Cloud+and+Azure+DevOps
I have also attached a short video demonstrating how this works:
JC ADO Story Points.mp4 (old community)
Similarly, in order to sync Epics maintaining the parent child relationship, please review the following documentation:
https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Syncing+work+items+with+a+parent+link+in+Exalate+for+Azure+DevOps
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks
Majid
