I am syncing stories and their child issues from jira cloud to jira cloud but the parent child issue is not working. Epic links and colors are not syncing. Can somebody help?

Please review the following article to follow the steps to configure an Epic synchronization, also make sure you were able to synchronize Epics first, then synchronize stories to keep parent-child relations between issues:
