We have setup a connection between Zendesk and Jira. Tickets are originated on Zendesk, then synced to Jira.
We are not being able to synchronize priority fields, although the values are the same on both systems.
Any ideas?
I’ve checked the guide and if im not mistaken we’ve just missed adding the filter on the source (Zendesk), since the values of the priorities are the same on both instances. Is this correct? Although, I’m not sure exactly where to configure de Outgoing sync.
