How do you trigger a sync on the value of a custom field?

I am trying to trigger the sync based on the value of a single select custom field but all queries I have tried result in an error. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for overlooking your question for so long.
Can you try following

  • Login into your Jira Server as the proxy user
  • Run the jql in the search of the issue navigator
  • See if it works as expected

The approach is the same.

Access your Exalate console, lookup the trigger section and enter a ‘wiql’ query
