Error while trying to sync comments with attachments from Github to Jira

We are configuring a connection from Github to jira and we need the attachemnts in the comments in github to be synced as jira attachments on jira cloud side. We are getting the fllowing error: Impact: Warning Scheduling of sync for issue 1167 is blocked:

Unexpected error occurred. One or more comments in ‘hubIssue.getComments’ is not of type IHubComment but java.util.LinkedHashMap Generate an exalate support.zip file and contact support.

Can you please let us know how can we achieve this?

Attachments are ot currently supported on Exalate for Github:

You should still be able to sync over comments though - not sure if that itself is a problem or not.
