Sync the comments of reviewers on GitHub to Jira server

A few persons reviewed on GitHub, then they wrote the comments.
The Exalate can be each comments sync to ticket of Jira server ?
If yes, could you tell me setting for GitHub side and Jira side. (outgoing and incoming settings)

Yes, with Exalate you can sync comments between Github and Jira. We have documentation on this:
