Hi,

I use Exalate in Jira board. So far I’ve been using Exalate between Jira’s Scrum boards.

But I need to implement between boards with different board types. In other words, Scrum and Kanban.
Does Exalate work between different board types (eg Scrum and Kanban)?

If possible, is there any information that cannot be Exalated with a ticket between boards?

Hello Ryoma,

Yes, Exalate syncs between different board types.

You can set up the fields that should be exalated and ignore the ones that you don’t need :smile:
