What are the entities(screen,workflows,board,custom fields,projects) can be synced between two jira cloud using exalate?

we want to migrate workflows, screens, projects, codes, filters and almost every entities from one Jira cloud(test) to other Jira cloud (prod) we tried some apps from market place, import and export manually, cloud to cloud migration(beta version) and application link but their use case was limited and not serving the purpose does exalate can provide these features?
