Hi
we are facing a big problem on 5.3 , all new tickers aren’t exalated but update as existing tickets and connected to wrong one
we have pending events on incoming queue , we need to clear them from datadase we already used
/secure/admin/exalate/supporttools!Default.jspa but this didn’t solve our issue
This very urgent issue , please help us to troubleshoot this issue
We are blocked and can follow all events manually
