The synchronized close wait will only increase, not decrease. At present, there are 61, which means that the other party will leave a closewait process if it is disconnected abnormally. Is there any solution?

Hi Bishihai,
The problem is that a program running on the local machine is not closing the socket. It is not a TCP tuning issue. A connection can stay in ‘CLOSE_WAIT’ forever while the program holds the connection open. So mostly this issue happens due to an application bug. When one side closes the connection, the socket at the other side changes to the CLOSE_WAIT state. So, the CLOSE_WAIT state means the socket is closed on the remote side, and the system is waiting for the local side to close it. Then, the only way to remove the CLOSE_WAIT socket connection is to close it.
