Sync issue start date

Hi,
according to https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Issue\+object it is possible to sync due date. Is this somehow also possible to sync start date of the issue? This would be really helpful for epics used for roadmaps.

Hi! With start date you mean the creation date of the issue or is rather a Custom Field of type Date with name “Start Date”?

Hi,

I mean this field visible as “created by Jira”. It’s definitely not creation date, but I don’t think it’s custom field as well. After your question I tried with

replica.customFields.start = issue.customFields.“Start Date”

but unsucesfully.

  • Can you check if there are multiple start date custom fields?

Hi! Unfortunately the fields Start date from next gen projects are not currently supported. Could you open a ticket in support.idalko.com so we can properly pass the request to the development team?
