Hi

I am trying to establish a connection between 2 public servers, when I am choosing Visual mode I am getting an error, and next option is not available, although the proxy user has admin privileges

the error is: request failed with status code 500

Can you please elaborate on the configuration you are trying to setup? we would like to know what instance you are trying to use on each side.

actually, I am trying to set up a visual mode connection between 2 Jira instances

I am accepting an invitation from another server, I am on the screen where I can choose Visual Mode or Script Mode, I cannot choose the Visual mode for some reason but Script is working for me, "Visual mode requires admin access to the destination side https://idit-jira-test1…

in addition below is a button “Verify admin access” and when I’m pressing that I am getting the mentioned error.

I do have admin access on both instances
