Hi I have read your documentation but I cannot find how to integrate different type custom field, I will now try to explain what I want to do, on the one hand I have jira cloud in which there is a custom field “object” is it text or cascading, on the other hand I have a custom field"insightobject" type insight object, and I want to customize when I specify “object” on one side it triggers “insightobject” on the other side.
There is some additional formatting to be done - but this should already be helpful.

Thx for your link, it is undoubtedly very useful and informative, with its help I find a lot, but unfortunately it did not help me solve my problem, you have described how to synchronize (create) an insight object on Jira Server (DC) + Jira Server (DC) but I have Jira Cloud + Jira DC, could you help me with this, I’ll write what I need to implement, in Jira Cloud I have a text field when synchronizing, I want it to compare with the names of the schema specified in Insight custom field and choose what I needed.

Are you syncing insight information from JC to JDC?

I tried various options, but all of them did not lead to success, I can not synchronize the insight as you described because the groovy script in JiraCloud does not work as it does on JiraServer.
At this stage, I’m trying to the desired Insight object in JiraDC based on the value of the text field in JiraC.
Next stage sync insight objects if possible. :\
