4\. the both containers (idalko app, ProsgreSQL 9\.4\) successfully work;
Is it nesesary to install any app/plugin on ServiceNow?
The question comes up because there is no information about any plugin/app on ServiceNow if I Installed “Exalate for ServiceNow on our own server”(i.e. Docker service). There is information about “Deploy the Exalate Bridge app” but only if I “Install Exalate for ServiceNow on Exalate cloud”.
So, there are two queations:
How ServiceNow link to Docker’s idalko app?
Do we need to buy any additional license for ServiceNow plugin/app to integrate ServiceNow and Docker idalko app(or JIRA) if we bought the Exalate JIRA plugin for JIRA DataCenter?

The exalate bridge app is a very simple configuration app for your servicenow environment setting up 2 items
A menu item making it easy to access the Exalate for ServiceNow (ExSN)
2 roles x_idnv_exalate_bridge.integration and x_idnv_exalate_bridge.admin
None of these are necessary for the configuration of the integration. ExSN interacts with ServiceNow through Rest API’s.
Also - the deployment on Exalate Cloud is identical as on premise. Customers are deploying on premise for reasons such as
Resourcing
Information Security
Versioning and governance
As part of the deployment step, you will have to go through a verification step. This verification step will provide you an evaluation license which can be used to validate the functionality of ExSN. So yes - every node needs a separate license.

Let’s sum up your answer and please correct me if I something misunderstud:
1) I don’t need exalate bridge app for JIRA-ServiceNow integration becouse its 2 items (A menu item and 2 roles) are not necessary in my case of the integration.
2) Since ExSN interacts with ServiceNow through Rest API’s I don’t need to setup any addtional app/plugins on ServiceNow.
3) The deployment step is a part of setup of integration ServiceNow with ExSN.
4) The verification step is part of deployment step where I need get an evaluation license for validation the functionality of ExSN
Here is a question come up:
How does ServiceNow understand what there is ExSN exist? For example, ServiceNow would like to initialice a data transaction to JIRA.
Are there some buil-in standard administation settings for integrations which are used for these things in ServiceNow?

Alexandr - we are currently seriously affected by Russia’s aggression in Ukraine. I will hold off answering this question thread until our friends and colleagues in Ukraine can continue with their own life.
