Hi,
The requirement is to send field data and attachments of the JSM (v4.15.0 datacenter) ticket to Algosec after the issue is approved in JSM.
Means, as it is approved JSM should call Algosec and create a ticket there with the field data and attachments of this respective JSM ticket.
Using REST we can send the data but not the attachments from JSM to Algosec using Script Runner.
The challenge is to send the attachments also, so I thought if there is any possibility with exalate plugin that can do this possible?
Can you please help with this?
