We currently want to fill out a field from Jira to Snow that was created as a variable in a form that creates a RITM. This field is not a traditional one that is already inert to the RITM., but rather belongs to the form with which the RITM was created and is created as a variable of that form. We have tried to set it traditionally as if it were a field, but it does not allow it. Also through a REST API call, but due to restrictions and ACL controls of the Snow REST API, it does not allow it. We would like to know if it is possible through Exalate to set this “variable” field with some functionality of the Exalate platform. So far, the documentation has not provided us with this answer. Is it possible that you could collaborate with us with this, please?

If you have already restrictions and ACL controls of the Snow REST API, i think Exalate will also encounter the same restrictions.
If it is possible via Rest API then it will also be possible via Exalate because Exalate internally uses the Rest APIs.
