How to maintain the version ,epic , story , subtask hierarchy From Project A to sync with project B in jira

Originally asked by Nishant on 03 December 2020 (original question)

My requirement is to maintain hierarchy from Project A to Project B

I have project A in which i have version , epic , story

\- In Specific version \- i have number of story ,

\- In Specific Epic \- i have number story

\- in Specific story i have number of sub task

So in similar way i want to sync the Project A with Project B in Jira

(Right now Project B is blank)

----------------------------------------------------------

What i did is like , I used the trigger and tried to bulk exalate . So in this case all issue reflected to Project B .

But hierarchy is not maintained . So what shoul i do it maintain it .

Ans also what if i sync versions from Jira project A to Project B ?? it will automatically sycn Story , sub task . which are internally linked in project A ???

The approach is first to ensure that a single hierarchy is syncing correctly.
Did you had a look at documentation on the topic?
