How to bulk sync for specific sprint ids?

I have two Jira instance and two demo projects. 1 project (DEMO1) have data and the other one none (DEMO2). I want to sync specific sprints id from DEMO1 to DEMO2.

Objective: Only Sprint 1 and Sprint 3 can be sync to DEMO2
