After installation of Exalate, it is not available for configuration. There is only a blank page with no field to provide a key or make a proper settings and connections to JIRA.
For this particular issue, we suspect there is a network problem, it would be helpful if you can submit a support request to our Service Desk directly. Or just send an e-mail to support@exalate.com.
