Does Exalate serve my Jira/Salesforce Use Case? Help me geniuses!

Any guidance would be much appreciated - I want to use Exalate to essentially keep our Jira ticket fields up to date with account information that lives in Salesforce.

For example, we created Ticket A in Jira for Account A. In Salesforce, Account A has an ACV of $100 and a sensitivity of “yes”. I want to make sure that when that Jira ticket gets created, the custom field “Account ACV” is filled in with $100 and the custom field “Sensitivity” is “yes”.

How would you approach this, is Exalate good for this, any other ways you’d do this?

Exalate is well-suited for this use case, as it enables synchronization between Jira and Salesforce, including automatic field updates. The process is simple—just map the relevant Salesforce fields to their corresponding Jira custom fields (e.g., Account ACV and Sensitivity).
