Our connection was tested and working fine but then today suddenly, no items will finish syncing and we have the following error message: Response received from ServiceNow while getting comments and work notes for e1107209dbd451d0b22b3ec8f49619b8 with status 403: Message: Insufficient rights to query records, Some(Detail: Field(s) present in the query do not have permission to be read)
Neither side has had changes to fields that should impact this. What could the problem be and is there a way to investigate for more detail i.e. what field is causing the issue?
