Hello, when moving an issue does not sync issue type.

Moving issues is a very complex operation in jira.
The issuetype can be updated if both are using the same workflow (and a couple of other permissions)
The exalate site has an example external script to move issues but YMMV

But in the visual mode there is an issue type synchronization point, what does it do?
Couldn’t find this script, do you know where it is?
