Zendesk - ServiceNow, Return issue.key to serviceNow when a new ticket is created on Zendesk

Hi,

I am trying out an integration between, Zendesk and ServiceNow. When a new incident task is created in ServiceNow, it will create a new ticket in Zendesk, When this happens for the first time, is there any way I can send back the issue.Key back to ServiceNow.

I am able to send the issue.key in subsequent requests, in the outgoing sync script. How can I send this the very first time?
