Good day, I’m trying to sync issue status from Jira Server to Jira Service Desk according to this docs, but I’ve got error Jira Cloud error Exalate could not get transition `Closed` for issue `APS-335`. Meantime status syncing from Service desk to Server works good. Thank you.

Is there a Closed transition?

Best is to check the text version of the workflow - for instance.

There should be a closed transition
