We have pages and pages of errors with the same error message with our Jira Service Management to Zendesk connection:
Failing to transition because the transition found by algorithm `Start Progress` is no longer available for current step `Open` (1) Please contact Exalate Support Available transitions: `Open`, `Pending Info`, `Waiting for Customer`, `Close Issue`
This has been a problem since the beginning and we never got it resolved. Any help would be appreciated.
