Unable to change proxy user

Hello, when I go to Settings and try to replace the proxy user, it doesnt find any other user expect the one that is already in place.

how can i change it to another user?

Hi Ariel,

It seems the issue you were having indicated the proxy user did not populate since the search criteria wasn’t done by using the full name.

Hello, I’m trying to change the proxy user in Zendesk but the page is staying on “Loading App, please wait …” forever
