Sync for connection Jira_to_ADO is blocked

I have this issue popping up from this noon and couldnt migrate any workitem.

Incoming script error
No such property: workItem for class: Script20

Error line: 3

i already raised ticket but the resolution doesnt solve my issue. can anyone help on this

May I please have the Support ticket number to look into the complete error if you have shared it there?

Or you can share the complete Error stack_trace here along with the ‘Incoming Sync’ rule. Please also share whether you’re having this error on the Jira or ADO side.
