The scenario is: A private Jira server synchronized with a public Jira service management.
Users want to be able to share an issue from the private Jira server with an organization and see on the Jira side, which issue sare already shared. Sharing in Jira service management is still possible. We tried a custom field on both sides to reflect the sharing in combination with an any2itself transition firing the share on the internal jira. It does not work as expected. A share on the Jira service management side would not get reflected in the internal Jira server. Do we have to implement additionally a listener on the Jira Service management side? Is there a completely different, simpler approach?
Do you have instructions on how to setup this scenario?
